As its name indicates, the Gear vase collection is inspired by the geometry of gears.

The shape is formed by teeth and pitches that alternate vertically as well as horizontally.

When set side by side, vases of different sizes interlock like clockwork

It comes in three sizes, including a goblet-style version. Its surface is embellished with bold geometric lines with a lacquer finish.

Porcelain vases in four versions: matt white outside and glossy white inside, matt black outside and glossy black inside, matt blue outside and glossy red inside and glossy gold outside and glossy black inside .

Philippe Bestenheider

Philippe Bestenheider was born in Sion, Switzerland, in 1971. In 1998 he graduated in architecture from Zürich Polytechnic and has worked for Swiss and US design studios. In 2000 he achieved the Master in Industrial Design at the Domus Academy of Milan, where he has been invited as workshop leader. From 2001 until 2006 Bestenheider became Senior Designer at the Design studio of Patricia Urquiola in Milan working with several of important companies. In 2006 he has been invited to participate at the Promosedia’s event.
