Skagerak Overlap Table Ø62
Overlap round table is characterized by the soft folded legs which is overlapping in its construction to carry the tabletop made from compact laminate.
The idea behind the design comes from how the two legs of a scissor are formed. One important detail is the fact that the edge of the table is aligned with the width of the legs.
The table is easy to combine with any chair or stool, and the minimalistic appearance makes its suitable for indoor as well as outdoor use.

Gabriella Gustafson and Mattias Ståhlbom have run the architecture and design studio TAF in Stockholm, Sweden since 2002. TAF's aim to make ordinary life less ordinary through subtle but effective changes in how products and architecture appear and function. A recurrent departure point in TAF projects is that everyday objects by their very commonness can be made uncommon. "By altering ordinary objects and placing them in new contexts, TAF offers the viewer a possibility to see the objects in a new light. Within a new setting, the ordinary is made extraordinary.” (Christina Zetterlund)
