Rotaliana Capri T1/T2 Table Lamp
It is a family of table, floor and suspension lamps. The bells – that come in three different sizes - are made of spinned aluminium and are laser-cut following a pattern that resembles a vegetable twine, the cane used to make fishing traps or straw hats: a synthesis of modernity and Mediterranean imaginary
. Direct light is spread in the environment through the holes that create the lamp’s pattern.
The bells are painted with glossy finishes outside and with a white satin finish inside.
The supply cable is made of PVC/FEP coated with black fabric.
The stem and the base of both table and floor lamps are made of painted steel
White or glossy black steel outside. Opaque white inside.

Dante Donegani and Giovanni Lauda are architecture graduates from the University of Florence and the University of Naples. Donegani worked at Olivetti’s from 1987 to 1991. In 1992, both architects came together to open the “Studio D&L” which focused on architecture and interior design. They created objects from companies such as ViceVersa, Rotaliana and Luceplan. Donegani and Lauda have won several architectural competitions.
