Checking Order Status

If you have placed an order with you can check the current status of your order by signing into your account and viewing your Order History. You may sign in using the form at the right. 

Tracking Packages
Once your order has been shipped, you can, in most cases, track your shipment by clicking here. Please note that countries that are not listed can't be traced on line at the moment. Also parcels sent by registered mail can't be traced online. If it is important for you to be able to track a parcel please contact us before placing the order and we will give you a shipping quote. Our method of shipping has proved to be very reliable and although delays do occur mainly due to customs we feel that our shipping methods give the best value for our customers.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, take in account the following: All other orders will ship according to the availability. If the items are in stock we will try to ship your order within 24 hours.
