Spant Studio

Spant Studio is an architecture and design studio, established by architects Troels Thor Bjornson and Kasper Baarup Holmboe. The studio is based in a small three-storey house, built inside the old frugtauktionshal on Godsbanen in Aarhus. The name Spant Studio based on a common fascination for the harmonious and complex nature, inherently a sailing ship. We are dedicated to the higher correlation is achieved through a continuous scale and functional leap that underlies a seaworthy and beautiful sailing ship which is exemplary for all architecture and functional form. For as a sailing ship is an exercise udi to create something beautiful under extremely complicated functional terms, it is equally architecture.
