Jonas Ravlo Stokke

Designers Jonas Ravlo Stokke and Øystein Austad established their Oslo design studio in 2007 after both receiving Master degrees in industrial design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design in Norway. Today they work in the fields of industrial design, interiors and furniture design. At Menu, we’re fans of the striking, zen-like simplicity of their products, stripped of unnecessary clutter. Away from work, Jonas and Øystein spend their spare time in their cabin in the mountains: “Last winter we hacked a hole in the ice and went ice bathing. It was devastatingly cold, but extremely refreshing!”
