Christian Raeder

Christian Ræder trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts' School of Architecture. Since graduating in 1976, he has worked with structural architecture. In his younger days, Christian Ræder had a special interest in LE KLINT products. In 1970 he designed the Joker pendant, for which he was awarded first prize at the Scandinavian Lighting Fair in Sweden in 1971. Immediately after, he contacted LE KLINT. The lamp went into production and The Joker became part of the LE KLINT range in the early 1970s.
