Miki Astori was born in Milan. After completing his studies as an architect in 1991, he started working with Antonia Astori as an interior designer. In 1992 he moved to Paris where he began collaborating with Philippe Starck and took part in several projects for Kartell, Flos, and Driade, as well as the development of Hi If components for the Thomson Group. In 1995 he established his own studio in Milan, mainly operating in the fields of furniture design, interior design and architecture.
