Frama is located in central Copenhagen in the historic and protected neighborhood of Nyboder. Former home of the St. Pauls Pharmacy established in the 1800s, the building still has it’s original woodwork and architectural elements.
The synergy between the past and present elements of the space is a direct link to how Frama defines their main interest within the creative field as a dialogue between two opposite poles; classical and contemporary approach - between digital and analogue production.
The philosophy of the following sentence is the common spirit and essence of the Frama brand.“Without a start there is no beginning”
The objects strive to become part of the next generation of design companies.
FUCHU FURNITURE, based in Hiroshima, situated in the western part of the Japanese mainland, has been inheriting history and high quality craftsmanship as a major source of furniture for many years. Based on inherited techniques and tradition, the new brand “MEETEE” has been launched to express modern ideas and interpretations through furniture.
Employing only the highest quality materials and manufacturing methods, MEETEE is focused on a new vision of contemporary furniture design tailored for modern lifestyles to the highest levels of craftsmanship.
The brand ZEE started in 2012.
Peter who was (and still is) an agent for different design accessory brands for the BELUX market wanted to create a design product from a to z.
But everything is already (re-) designed and this makes a new product difficult to stand out.
Finally he saw the light in garden accessories, more specific a garden hose reel.
ZEE means SEA in Dutch, so “mirtoon” a sea in the Mediterranean was chosen as the first product name. It received the “Herman Van De Velde label” with its launch.
In 2014 Luc, who is an agent and distributor of design accessories and furniture for the Benelux joined to build the brand ZEE.
He is the sales and marketing force and makes the brand known the world around.
Zee stands for fun, affordable and surprising design for the garden.
