If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return the unused item in
its original packaging within 30 days. A
refund of the merchandise and taxes will be
given however shipping and handling for the
delivery will not be refunded. No returns,
of any type, will be accepted without prior
contact.

Refunds will be issued in the same
method of payment as the original
payment. ie. A purchase made with a
credit card: a refund will be issued to
the original account.
All cost for return shipment are the
responsibility of the customer
If a box arrives damaged, always let it
be noted on the freight papers. You will
have to file a report with your local
post office. As soon as we receive a
copy of the report by Fax or e-mail we
will send a replacement of the broken
item.
