Please note that countries that are not listed can't be traced on line at the moment. Also parcels sent by registered mail can't be traced online (mainly watches). The number of days to deliver the parcel is only an indication. If a package is delayed it usually has to do with customs.

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via Dutch Priority mail ( TNT Post) and Fedex but we also use DHL and a number of other carriers depending on your individual needs.
