| What are your shipping charges ?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated
on our site. After you add a product to the
shopping cart you can use the shipping
calculator that is displayed at the shopping
cart page. Shipping is based on the total weight
of your order. Shipping on orders over Euro
100,- to The Netherlands is free. The shipping
charges for oversized items, which are delivered
by freight company or air freight, have to be
quoted. Please contact us for a quote

How do I get free shipping ?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on
orders over Euro 100.-(ex. VAT). The shipping
calculated will be automatically discounted when
you check out. The free shipping can't be
combined with other offers and doesn't apply on
oversized items and to products from Moooi. |

How do you ship your merchandise ?
The majority of our packages inside and
outside Europe are shipped by TNT post. The
parcels will be delivered by your local post
organization or parcel services. Oversized items
as indicated on the web site are shipped by
either airfreight, sea or ground transportation. |

How do I know that the order has been
shipped ?
Once The order has been shipped you will by
informed by e-mail. We will let you know the
package number, transportation company and all
information to track the parcel. If you order
multiple items and only a part of your order is
shipped, additional shipping cost won't apply. |

How long do you take to deliver ?
We aim to ensure a fast dispatch of all goods to
our customers all over the world. Should items
be out of stock you will be informed right away.
We will always let you know when you can expect
the items. Furniture and large quantities are
most of the time order to requirements.
Once your order has been shipped it usually
takes:
4 to 10 working days for countries
outside the European Community.
1 to 5 working days for countries
within the European Community.
1 to 2 days with Fedex (depending
on location)
for the packages to arrive at your
doorstep, depending on where you live. If a
package is delayed this has usually to do
with customs.
Of course, you can
e-mail us anytime and we'll do our best
to keep you up-to-date on the status of your
shipment.

Can I track and trace my shipment ?
TNT international postal service, DHL and
Fedex offer the possibility of tracking and
tracing shipments to all European countries and
a number of countries outside Europe. If you

What if my shipment is damaged ?
We do our best to protect the items we ship as
good as possible. If a package is clearly
damaged when delivered please open the package
in the presence of the transporter. If the items
are damaged notify the transportation company
right away. Please let us know within 7 days and
send us digital images of the package and the
damage products as proof. Based on the
information provided we will replace the damaged
product or send replacement parts. |
