What is SSL ? I prefer not to use my credit card on the Internet. How do I order ? Do you have a privacy policy ?   Is my credit card safe with you ? It is as safe as it gets. We don't have access to any credit card details. When you make the payment you will be connected to Buckaroo, our payment provider who will handle the payment on out behalf. They will ask for authorization with your local bank. Once your payment is approved we will receive a message that the payment was authorized.   Do you sell your customer list or use it for bulk e-mail ? Our customer list is probably our most valuable business resource. We have never, ever shared it with anyone, and we do not intend to do so.   What is SSL ? Questodesign.com uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software — the industry's safest technology—to protect all your personal information. SSL secures transactions from third parties by encrypting your name, address and credit card number and other information so that nobody can read it as it travels over the Internet. When you make a payment, the information is encrypted and send to our payment provider Buckaroo. We receive a copy of your order and a confirmation of the payment but not your credit card details. We can only cancel or credit payments.   I prefer not to use my credit card on the Internet, how do I order ? No problem. You can always contact us and we will send you our bank details so you can transfer the payment. An other option would be to pay with Paypal.  You can also give us a call and we will manually process your order. Our business hours are 10am to 6pm (remember we are located in The Netherlands).   Do you have a privacy policy ? Yes we do. We collect only the information needed to process your orders. This includes your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone phone number. We also keep e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. Questodesign.com will not sell or reveal to any third party your e-mail address or any other information.
