At Questo Design, our goal

What is the Euro worth in my
currency? Our website automatically calculates the
price in your local currency. The currency
conversion rates are a guide for your
convenience only. They are updated twice each
business day. You will be charged in your local
currency based on the price in Euro displayed on
our site. The exact amount depends on the rate
at the moment the card is charged.
What are your shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated
on our site. After you add a product to the
shopping cart you can use the shipping
calculator that is displayed at the shopping
cart page. Shipping is based on the total weight
of your order. Shipping on orders over Euro
100,- to The Netherlands and Belgium is free.
The shipping charges for oversized items, which
are delivered by freight company or air freight,
have to be quoted. Please contact us for a quote
shipping-quote@questodesign.com.
Why are your prices much lower than
in the US/Canada/Hong Kong/South Africa/ Taiwan,
or some other non European countries?
Our prices are much lower because we are based
in the center of Europe and most of the items we
sell are produced by European companies. Also
you have to remember that European sales taxes
are very high (up to 21%). Taxes that you don't
have to pay. In The Netherlands modern design is
very popular and most of our supplies come
directly from the manufacturers.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
In most cases you won't have to pay any
customs duties. Most countries have a certain
minimum value on which you don't pay duties.
Bigger orders are usually send in more than one
parcel (for instance chairs are usually packed
by one or two). Each box is handled as an
individual parcel.

When do you charge my credit card? We use a secure payment provider
Buckaroo who handles for us the
communication between Questodesign.com and your
credit card organization. When you make the
credit card payment
Buckaroo will ask for an authorization with
your bank. Once the payment is authorized we
will receive a confirmation. Since we don't have
any credit card details we can't make any
unauthorized payments or cancel payments to
charge you at a later date.
How can I pay a product that is not in
the web site? If we ordered a special product for you,
we well let you know the total amount including
shipping cost and sales tax if applicable. If
